The hunger games is an adventure packed novel about a girl called Katniss Everdeen. Her family is very poor and they live in an area called district 12, which is the poorest district. Every year there is an event called a reaping, which the entrants for a gruesome reality T.V show called the hunger games are chosen. Katniss's little sister Prim is chosen but Katniss volunteers to take her place. Read the book to find out the rest
I would recommend this book for ages 11+.
